Are all shoes authentic?
All shoes are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. All shoes offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by our knowledgeable staff for condition and authenticity.
Do you buy shoes?
Yes. We will buy your shoes, new or gently used, directly from you for a reasonable price. We only do it at our physical store.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
What is your return policy?
Your item is adequate for return/exchange if:
- The item is unworn, as new.
- The item's extras/shoebox/laces/tags are untampered with.
- The item can be back with us within the given 14 days after receiving it.
- Order number
- Full name
- Full address
- Date of purchase

We do not refund return shipping costs and customs tax/duties.
How long does it take for items to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within three business days of the order being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. However, during promotional periods and holidays, additional time may be required. Please note that we only ship orders between Tuesday and Friday. For instance, if you place an order on Friday or over the weekend, we will fulfill it on the following Tuesday.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept order cancellation requests as our fulfillment process begins once an order is placed.
Do you ship international?
We ship worldwide.
Please be aware that depending on your country and the type of order, you may be required to pay customs duties and import taxes. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at check out.
In addition, we will not ship to an incomplete address, so please make sure your address is complete or we'll proceed to refund your order.
Do I get a tracking number?
Once we process your order, we will send the tracking number to the email address you provided during the purchase. The email will also contain an estimate of the delivery date.
Do you have a physical store?
